to join our maintenance and facilities team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of our facility and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across various systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs efficiently.
Carry out installation and setup of new equipment or systems.
Inspect building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) regularly.
Handle emergency repairs and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a maintenance or multi technician (3+ years preferred).
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, Electrical License, etc.) are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
Physically fit and able to work in various conditions.
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.
