Job Overview:
VKN Technical Services LLC is seeking
experienced and reliable multi-skilled technicians
to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience inAC maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical work, mason, painting, carpentry, and general facility maintenance
.Key Responsibilities:
Perform
AC installation, maintenance, and repair work
Handlebasic plumbing and electrical tasks
Carry outpainting, Mason, carpentry, and general maintenance work
Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards Coordinate with supervisors and report progress regularly Followcompany safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
Prior experience in technical or facility maintenance roles Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Punctual, reliable, and committed to quality Good communication skills
