Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

MEP Multi Technician

to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC-related maintenance, repair, and installation tasks in line with UAE standards. Candidates with facility management experience and a strong technical background are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Works

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with

DEWA regulations

.

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues such as faulty circuits, lighting failures, and power interruptions.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety and efficiency of electrical systems.

Install and connect

DBs (Distribution Boards)

, control panels, and related components.

2. Plumbing Works

Install, repair, and maintain

pipes, valves, fittings, and sanitary fixtures

(e.g., sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters).

Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues including leaks, blockages, and low water pressure.

Conduct

preventive maintenance

on drainage, water supply, and sanitation systems.

Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.

3. HVAC (Air Conditioning) Works

Install, service, and repair

split, window, and central AC units

, including FCUs.

Perform periodic maintenance -- cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting coils.

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on compressors, thermostats, and other major components.

Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.

4. General Maintenance

Carry out

minor carpentry, painting, plastering, and tiling

work when required.

Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in good condition.

Read and interpret basic

technical drawings and layouts

.

Support general

facility maintenance

and handyman duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

Minimum

4 years

in MEP maintenance and facility management.

Skills:

o Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

o Basic skills in carpentry, painting, masonry, and tiling.

o Knowledge of

fire alarm and safety systems

.

Languages:

Fluency in

English

(mandatory); knowledge of

Hindi or Urdu

preferred.

License:

Valid

UAE Driving License

(preferred).

Additional Advantage:

Experience in

restaurant and kitchen equipment maintenance

(hoods, exhaust systems, etc.).
