Job Description
We are hiring for Multi-Technician to join our maintenance team.
The ideal applicant will be experienced in handling a variety of technical tasks and able to support the smooth operation of building systems through efficient maintenance and repairs.The Multi-Technician will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day maintenance activities across several trades, ensuring all facility systems remain safe, functional, and compliant with company and industry standards.
Main Duties
Execute a wide range of maintenance work, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair tasks. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Respond to urgent maintenance requests, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions. Support installations, upgrades, and servicing of mechanical and electrical systems. Follow established safety procedures and maintain high-quality workmanship at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of experience in a multi-skill maintenance role within FM or a similar environment. Hands-on expertise in at least two or more disciplines: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical, Carpentry, or related trades. Good understanding of maintenance standards, tools, and FM processes. Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and troubleshooting guides. Strong teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
