Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
General Maintenance:
Perform daily inspection and maintenance of camp facilities including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems. Respond promptly to repair requests from camp residents and supervisors. Ensure all equipment and facilities are in safe working condition.Electrical Systems:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, and panels. Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.Plumbing & Water Systems:
Repair and maintain water supply systems, drainage, pumps, and sanitation facilities. Detect and fix leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues. Ensure proper functioning of water heaters, tanks, and pipelines.Mechanical & AC Systems:
Service and maintain air conditioning, ventilation, and other mechanical equipment. Perform minor mechanical repairs as required.Carpentry & General Repairs:
Conduct minor carpentry and structural repairs within the camp. Maintain furniture, doors, windows, and other camp fittings.Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma . Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in maintenance, preferably in labor camps or industrial facilities. Knowledge ofcamp facilities, water systems, electrical wiring
Ability to work independently and handle multiple repair tasks simultaneously.Skills & Competencies:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of
health, safety, and labor accommodation standards
. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and in shifts if required.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,250.00 per month
