for residential or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Handle AC repair, installation, and troubleshooting.
Carry out carpentry, painting, and minor civil work when required.
Inspect and identify maintenance issues in buildings and equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or management promptly.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Multi Technician in UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be available to join immediately (preferred).
Education:
Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Mechanical or related technical field.
