Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable
Multi Technician
to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, AC, and general maintenance work. You will be responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely.*
Perform
electrical repairs
including wiring, light fixture installation, and switch/socket replacements. Carry outplumbing tasks
such as fixing leaks, installing fittings, and maintaining water systems. HandleAC maintenance
-- cleaning filters, checking thermostats, gas refilling, and fixing minor issues. Conductgeneral handyman work
, including painting, minor carpentry, and door/lock repairs. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems quickly and effectively. Follow safety protocols and company maintenance standards. Report completed tasks and materials used to the supervisor. Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained. Proven experience as a Multi Technician or Maintenance Technician. Strong knowledge inelectrical, plumbing, and AC systems
