We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and emergency maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems, lighting, and building infrastructure.
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with other technicians and departments to complete tasks.
Assist in facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or technical certification in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-trade maintenance or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or on-call as needed.
Preferred Skills
Certification in electrical or HVAC systems.
Experience in BMS (Building Management Systems).
Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting.
