for our client , to handle a variety of maintenance, repair, and technical support tasks. The role involves expertise in multiple trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate should be flexible, proactive, and able to work independently to ensure smooth operations of facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across various trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, etc.).
Diagnose and repair technical issues in equipment, appliances, and building systems.
Carry out installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
Assist in facility upgrades, refurbishments, and fit-out works as required.
Record work activities and submit daily/weekly maintenance reports.
Support other technicians and work as part of the maintenance team.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in multi-technical maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Physically fit, proactive, and able to work flexible hours/shifts.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
