to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and technical operations of the building to ensure it remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.)
Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and prevent equipment failure
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
Technical certification/diploma in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or related field
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or respond to emergencies as needed
