FirstPoint Group is looking for a skilled and versatile
Multi Technician
to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a wide range of technical disciplines including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic civil works. This role involves conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and functionality across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and minor civil works.
Carry out preventive maintenance schedules across multiple trades.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues, identifying root causes.
Install fixtures, fittings, and small equipment as required.
Repair or replace faulty wiring, outlets, switches, pipes, valves, or mechanical components.
Conduct inspections and report any required improvements or major repair needs.
Respond quickly to maintenance requests and service calls.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors for efficient task execution.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and FirstPoint Group standards.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements:
Technical diploma/ITI certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general maintenance.
Sound knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices.
Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
Experience with building systems, fault finding, and basic repairs across multiple trades.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is a plus.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
