Job Description

Carry out the preventive, reactive and corrective maintenance including the electrical installations such as, lighting control system, distribution panels, and other MEP equipment. Do painting works to the highest standard and without defects on the finishes Communicate and work effectively with other in-house technical staff and third party service providers as required. Should be flexible in work hours as governed by the necessity to maintain continuity of operation of the spas and salons. Participate in emergency on-call service during non-working hours, weekends and public holidays. Carry out project activities as directed by the facilities supervisor and coordinator while adhering to risk assessments and standard operating procedures. Maintain up to date knowledge through technical training provided by the supervisor for the safe and efficient operation of all sites. Manage time and responsibilities independently. Provide comprehensive update to the supervisor at the end of each shift. Carry out all other duties as directed by the facilities supervisor and coordinator to the benefit of the business.
Key Job Requirements:

Must hold a trade certificate or diploma in an MEP-related field. Minimum 4+ years' experience in building maintenance specializing in MEP equipment, painting works Thorough working knowledge of facility equipment units, their usage, and safety procedures. Can communicate effectively in English and Hindi. Able to maintain health and safety practices in the work area. Good time management skills. Should have advanced knowledge in MEP equipment, DALI lighting system and HVAC maintenance. Must be ready and willing to work nights, weekends, holidays and attend emergency maintenance calls 24/7. Must hold a valid UAE driver's license.
