Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile
Multi Technician
to perform a variety of technical maintenance tasks related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems. The ideal candidate should be experienced in multiple trades and capable of carrying out inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, and building structures.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across different systems and provide effective repair solutions.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per the schedule and report any irregularities.
Install, maintain, and repair various types of equipment and fixtures.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work completed.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Assist other technicians and contractors when necessary.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or technical certificate in a relevant trade.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a multi-skilled technician or in a similar maintenance role.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Familiarity with safety procedures and use of PPE.
Basic knowledge of building automation systems is a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
