JOB PURPOSE:
To perform civil maintenance in facilities management and casual job project.
Description :
Carry out carpentry works like door maintenance, fabric maintenance, Gypsum works & minor painting works.
Carry out minor masonry works
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
? Support technician and supervisor for electrical maintenance such as replacement of bulbs.
? Support HVAC and Plumbing technicians whenever required.
? Prepare & keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Geographical Experience: 5 years' experience in the Middle East
Industry Experience: 8 years.
People Skills:
? Good English Communication and report writing skills.
? Problem-Solving and conflict-resolution skills and their needs.
Academic Degree(s): ITI or Diploma. (Not mandatory)
