Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, AC, mechanical, and plumbing systems
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and HVAC issues efficiently
Assist with construction-related works including carpentry, masonry, and painting
Conduct inspections to identify and resolve facility issues promptly
Maintain safety standards and proper documentation of work performed
Candidate Requirements:
Immediate availability to join the team
Proven knowledge and experience in MEP works (electrical, AC repair, basic mechanical, plumbing)
Basic understanding of construction works such as carpentry, masonry, and painting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid relevant technical certifications preferred
