Proven experience in facilities maintenance or as a multi-skilled technician.
Solid working knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical systems, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Experienced in window ac's maintenance, general maintenance, additional power supply installation, generator maintenance
Ability to work independently and respond to after-hours or emergency calls when required.
