, including deep understanding in A/C systems, electrical works, plumbing, and general repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Perform operation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all facility equipment.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain
HVAC, MEP
, and general maintenance systems.
Carry out A/C maintenance including troubleshooting, repairing, installing compressors, and fixing leakages.
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair
electrical systems
in villas and residential apartments.
Handle all
plumbing-related tasks
, including installation of water tanks, heaters, and general plumbing works.
Execute minor
carpentry, painting, and gypsum
works (including installation of access hatches).
Ensure safe working methods and contribute to high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Multi-Technician
or similar maintenance role.
Strong understanding of
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general MEP systems
.
Good knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and repair techniques.
Physically fit with the ability to work overtime when required.
High school diploma or equivalent;
HVAC or building maintenance certification
is an advantage.
Valid UAE driver's license
is mandatory.
