Experience in HVAC & MEP maintenance
( A/C, Electrical, Plumbing, and general major repair work) and other maintenance work. The ideal candidate is self-reliant, responsible, and dedicated to observing all health and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of facilities equipment.
Ability to
troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, MEP, and general maintenance systems
.
To provide multi-skilled expertise within additional trades offering a high quality repairs and replacement service;.
Perform regular maintenance work on AC system, Troubleshooting, repairing, installing of new compressor and AC leakage.
Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing Electrical system for villas and residential apartments.
Installing water tank, water heater and all relevant plumbing works.
Minor carpentry work, painting job, gypsum installation access hatch.
To contribute to and be responsible for the development of safe working methods, systems and procedures, ensuring a high quality service delivery;
Skills:
Proven experience as a maintenance multi-technician.
Basic understanding of electrical, MEP, HVAC, and other systems.
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
High school diploma or equivalent; a Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field will be a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,800.00 per month Plus Overtime
