Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair:

Execute routine and emergency maintenance on building structures, fixtures, and other facilities.

Minor Civil Works:

Perform tasks such as plastering, tiling, carpentry (including furniture and cabinet installation), drywall repair, and basic masonry.

Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections to identify safety issues, assess facility condition, and perform preventative maintenance.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with building codes and policies.

Material Handling:

Calculate and procure necessary materials, and ensure their proper use.

Record Keeping:

Complete work orders accurately and maintain records of materials and tasks performed.
