A Multi-Technician with manual driving licence (DL) who has experience in
AC, electrical, and plumbing
would generally be expected to do the following:
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, repair, and service AC systems: split units, package units, chillers, FCUs, etc.
Diagnose issues: refrigerant leaks, compressor issues, ventilation problems, etc.
Carry out electrical work: wiring, lighting fixtures, distribution boards, circuit faults, panel maintenance.
Plumbing work: installing/fixing pipes, faucets, water heaters, drainage, pumps, water tanks.
Minor mechanical works and preventative maintenance.
Attend emergency call-outs for breakdowns.
Maintain safety and compliance with local building/electrical/plumbing codes.
Report work done: parts used, time spent, problems fixed, next steps.
Often working in villas, apartments, residential complexes (some jobs also include commercial/office).
Driver Licence / Transport:
Valid UAE driving licence, preferably manual category (so you can drive manual transmission vehicles).
Clean driving record.
Ability to travel between sites (villas/apartments spread around in springs, Emirates hills, JBR).

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
