Performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks related to building infrastructure and facilities, including both civil, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on building systems and equipment, which may include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
Involves tasks like carpentry, masonry (bricklaying, etc.), painting, and other general construction or repair work related to building structures.
Conducting regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues, documenting maintenance activities, and preparing reports on conditions and recommended actions.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with various equipment and systems, often requiring the ability to work with different types of tools and equipment.
Ensuring all work is performed according to safety procedures and regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Assisting with larger maintenance or renovation projects, including coordinating with other technicians and departments.
Ensuring that essential spare parts and materials are available for maintenance activities.
Responding to emergency calls and addressing urgent maintenance needs.
