Multi Technician

Job Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair work in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Diagnose issues and carry out timely repairs and preventive maintenance across client properties.
Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Keep records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Multi Technician or similar role.
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Flexibility to work shifts or handle emergency calls when required.
