We are looking for an experienced Multi Technician to join our team at Regal Town. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in a variety of technical systems and general maintenance work, including:
Electrical Systems
Plumbing Systems
Basic Civil Works (e.g., tiling, painting, patching)
Generator Operation and Maintenance (an added advantage)
HVAC Systems
Carpentry
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-technical or MEP-related work.
Strong knowledge in the installation, repair, and maintenance of the systems listed above.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Willingness to handle various types of technical work across multiple trades.
Team player with good communication and time management skills.
Experience with generator systems is preferred.
