As a
Multi-Technician
, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of technical services, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across different systems or equipment. This role requires a high level of versatility and hands-on experience in multiple technical fields. You will work both independently and as part of a team to meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
:
Install, maintain, and repair various systems, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other technical equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in multiple technical fields.
Provide on-site service and support for both residential and commercial customers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
Maintain detailed records of service requests, repairs, and maintenance.
Collaborate with other technicians and departments when needed.
Assist with any additional technical tasks as required by the company.
Requirements
:
Proven experience as a technician in one or more fields (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other technical services).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to various tasks and challenges across different technical areas.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Relevant certifications and licenses in at least one technical area (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) preferred.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Experience in multiple technical fields or cross-training in various systems.
Familiarity with local safety codes and regulations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
