You will perform majorly day to day home based maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, painting.
Requirements
Skilled and experienced in electrical, plumbing, painting, gypsum board
We need person who has experience in water heater replacement, ceiling, electrical, lighting, paint, plumbing, drainage, AC works, any wash room water leakage
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, etc.
Respond promptly and efficiently to service calls from clients.
Install and repair fixtures, and equipment as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Drive company vehicle to job sites and transport equipment and materials as required.
