MULTI SKILLED TECHNICIAN - AC & ELECTRICAL
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians across multiple trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, Painting, Carpentry, Tiling, etc.) Perform hands-on maintenance, Installation &troubleshooting, and repair tasks as needed for ACs & Electrical works Plan daily schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure optimal resource utilization Monitor site activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency Communicate effectively with management, and team members
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Masonry, Carpentry, and Tiling Strong leadership and team management experience At least 3-4 years of experience in maintenance or technical services Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety standards and protocols Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Additional Expectations:
Responsible, punctual, and dependable Able to handle tools and maintenance equipment efficiently Flexible and solution-oriented in handling on-site challenges Capable of performing both supervisory and technical roles
