JOB SUMMARY

Manages all aspects of entertainments programs and special events held at the hotels and its outlets.

Provides entertainment programs for all F&B outlets to create unique atmosphere and repeat guests

Manages all external supplier within an agreed budget frame

Strives to improve inside and outside guests experience maximizing financial performance in areas of responsibility.

Position works with the team to implement departmental strategies and ensures execution while meeting financial goals and budget constraints.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED; 2 years’ experience in the recreation/health club operations or related professional area.

OR

2-year degree from an accredited university in Health Education, Physical Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Managing Recreation Operations


  • Deliver an entertainment and events program
  • Organize and plan all entrainment activities within hotel
  • Supervise and coordinate the various proposed activities
  • Manage external relations with PR agency and internal marketing team
  • Manage agreed allocated budget
  • Develops himself a program of activities adapted to the needs of the clientele
  • Ensure to propose offers and entertainment for selected audience
  • Coordinates the team to assure alignment and communication of programs
  • Constantly, checks compliance with the rules relating to the installation of equipment and the safety of the public
  • Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes
  • Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
  • advocates sound financial/business decision-making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example
  • Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish mission
  • Manages outside vendors
  • Manages group activities including teambuilding events
  • Providing and Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
  • Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors
  • Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
