Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Technician with a valid UAE driving license to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks at various job sites throughout Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Perform electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance tasks efficiently. Requires a UAE driving license to commute to multiple properties daily for maintenance tasks. Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including email communication Exhibit flexibility to work during off-duty hours when necessary to address urgent maintenance issues. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and property occupants, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and professional work ethics. Ensure compliance with Dubai building rules and regulations for maintenance and inspection activities. Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks beyond in-house capabilities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and associated costs. Assist in implementing preventive maintenance plans to ensure the longevity of property assets. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from property occupants and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in maintenance and repair to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance roles. Possession of a valid UAE driving license and willingness to use his personal car for work purposes. Our properties are located across Dubai. Must speak English Proficiency in computer skills, including email communication Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Dubai building rules and regulations pertaining to maintenance and inspection activities. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance-related fields preferred. Previous experience in a similar role or related field is required for at least 3 years
