An ideal candidate must be having an MBA / BBA degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools, a strong interest in recruitment and social media marketing, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

MTO \xe2\x80\x93 HR and Social Media Marketing job role is to work closely with experienced HR professionals to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our client\xe2\x80\x99s talent acquisition and social media marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, candidate interviews, and reference checks.
Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, making necessary arrangements for both candidates and interviewers.
Support the development and execution of social media marketing strategies to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s online presence.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
Conduct market research and analyze social media trends to identify opportunities for improving the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing efforts.
