Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled

MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining custom solutions within the MT5 trading platform. This includes managing plug-ins, building and supporting trading bridges, and ensuring seamless connectivity between MT5 and liquidity providers, risk management systems, and back-office tools.

Key Responsibilities

MT5 Platform Development:

Design, develop, and deploy custom MT5 plug-ins and server-side applications. Manage and maintain MT5 plug-ins to ensure optimal performance and stability

Trade Bridge Development:

Build and maintain trading bridges to connect MT5 with external liquidity providers, risk engines, and trading APIs. Ensure low-latency, secure, and reliable order routing across integrated systems.

System Integration & Support:

Integrate MT5 with CRM, payment gateways, and back-office applications. Provide technical support for trading operations and troubleshoot platform issues.

Automation & Optimization:

Develop tools to automate order execution, trade reporting, and reconciliation. Monitor and optimize server performance, latency, and API connections.

Security & Compliance:

Implement and maintain secure coding practices for sensitive trading operations. Ensure platform modifications comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as an MT5 Developer (MetaTrader 5 server and plug-in development). Strong knowledge of

C++

.NET

, and MT5 APIs (Manager API, Gateway API, Admin API). Experience indeveloping and managing MT5 plug-ins. Hands-on experience building

trading bridges

for liquidity provider integration. Understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and order execution flow. Familiarity with FIX Protocol, liquidity management, and risk systems is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and deliver solutions within tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Previous work with brokers or fintech firms. Knowledge of

MT4/MT5 migration

and hybrid setups. Exposure to

CFD, Forex, and multi-asset trading platforms
