MS/ HS Science Teacher

Required: August 2024

Location: Abu Dhabi

Experience: 2+ years post qualification experience

Sponsorship: Single Teachers or married teaching couples

Salary: 14-16,000 AED per month tax free depending on experience

Contract: 2 years

School Vision/Ethos: A great school located in Al Shamkha, well placed between Abu Dhabi and Dubai and within easy reach of all the facilities, attractions and amenities offered by both cities and emirates. The school is purpose built and thoughtfully designed state of the art building which has grown gradually over the last few years and offers schooling for students from K to Grade 12.

The school offers an American style curriculum adapted for the context of the UAE and its students. The school has two large libraries, a cafeteria and dining room, clinic, a large multi-purpose sports hall, full size swimming pool, auditorium and theatre, AstroTurf sports pitch, zoned playing and seated areas, dance and karate studio, fully equipped food technology room, multi-sensory room, performing arts studio, art room, design technology room, music room, science and robotics labs, full media suite and other specialist learning areas are all available. To support this continued growth, adaptable and flexible committed teachers are required.

Requirements:

• Two years teaching experience as a minimum
• Must meet UAE qualification criteria (Please discuss with your Teachanywhere consultant)
• Previous experience of students with EAL is welcomed
• You should be flexible and adaptable
• Culturally sensitive
• A professional attitude

Package:

• Monthly salary of 14 - 16,000 AED tax free dependent on qualifications and experience
• Annual accommodation allowance (50,000 AED)
