About the role

As the MRT Technician you will be responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, (CARE, RPM, GCPM), meeting rooms, and/or public spaces as required.

Responsibilities include maintenance and general cleaning of all surfaces in guest rooms as required, including inspecting/flipping mattresses, box springs, vacuuming behind and underneath furniture, spot cleaning carpets and upholstery, touch-up painting, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, ensuring that all hardware and appliances are present in the room and in working order, cleaning and replacing light fixtures, and inspecting grout and caulking.

This position requires someone with hospitality experience within a luxury property.

About you

• 3+ Years\' experience as Technician
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Hospitality experience is an essential
• Must have relevant qualification
• Demonstrable customer-service skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
