Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Oversee the digital media and static media elements across MAF destinations.
Creating and proposing concepts designs of new media elements for new & existing projects.
Provide cost estimates and quotations along with feasibility studies.
Ensure all clients are updated on the delivery of their campaigns.
Ensure that the digital content and artwork review aligned with local authorities guidelines and company policy.
Publishing the clients campaigns as per the signed agreements.
Coordinate with promotions & media team and malls operation team for documentation, design & artwork approval, set-up installation.
Submit monthly occupancy reports.
Identify issues, highlight and resolve them in a timely manner - escalate complex issues to the department head whenever needed.
Identifying opportunities that would be a potential revenue stream for the organization.
Ensure a proper track for all maintenance related elements that includes trouble shooting along with the needed purchase orders as per the company processes.
Maintaining a quarterly inventory check for all destinations in alignment with the destinations operation team.
Uploading the approved rate card in the system in compliance to the internal policy and procedures.
