: Role : Administrative Coordinator Location: Dubai Role Purpose: Assist the Valuation department in registering new requests, emailing and calling clients/customers, arranging inspections and general admin housekeeping. Key Accountabilities of the role General:
Provide a high level of customer service and care
Present the company in a professional manner in all business events.
Self-development and continuing personal development.
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures:
Collect and report to senior admin business process and problems to develop solutions in order to enhance efficiencies.
Including good use of MS Office, Oracle and Other ADIB Applications.
Valuations:
Ensure a high standard of work level
Ensure turnaround times are met for all respective cases
Training:
MS Office, Oracle
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
Diploma Degree (preferred in Real Estate Valuation/projects)
Good communication skills
Good office skills
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, CRM etc
Previous experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience
