Job Description

Position Purpose To carefully and accurately survey and calculate volumes of household goods shipments. To educate potential clients, upsell moving services and insurance and ensure the client chooses Move One as their preferred moving company. Responsibilities / Duties /Functions Tasks Promote & perform all video-estimate surveys and cubing for Agent, Private and Corporate when required all over world Provide customers reliable and easy to understand information regarding the moving process Respond to customer, acknowledge request and confirm they will be contacted for survey Review inbox and calendar, assign surveys to either local offices or approved agents Upload all survey and customer data in the system. Review survey results from others, calculate volume and confirm survey is complete and accurate To hit a 95% accuracy when completing a video survey Implement and maintain the process flow for agents, corporates and individuals video surveys Liaise with the sales team and move coordinators to ensure that all information relating to a booked move is being noted and any special requirements taken into account Work closely with the quoting department to ensure accurate quotes are generated for the potential customers Make suggestions on process and quality improvements and ensure that said improvements are implemented Ensure effective and efficient use of resources, adhering to both metrics, costings and controls Skills Minimum 5 years experience is surveys, cubing and sales Strong sales and customer service skills are essential Fluent written and spoken English is essential Excellent verbal communication skills Strong level of computer knowledge / literacy Attention to details Strong personal and professional presentation styles Job Type: Full-time
