Mould Repairman
Job Description
Job Title: Mould Repairman Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: Min 5 Years Language: English Education: Higher Secondary, Diploma General Summary Reviews production schedules and work orders and carries out duties assigned by the Casting supervisor. To execute proper and timely maintenance for the Casting Section and other assemblies as required by the operation plan To ensure proper and timely maintenance done for the Ladle Slide Gate and CNC Mechanism as required by the operation plan To facilitate and make arrangements for consumables and tools required for CC operation Ensures that all Mould safeties in the machine, mold and equipment are working, abides by the company policy and enforces safety regulations. Ensures that Casting Section work area is clean and free of any obstacles or encumbrances. Assist in Developing local suppliers for spares and consumables to minimize lead times and optimize stock aimed at optimizing Casting Section production cost Ensures the implementation of Steel Making operational policies covering all areas of Mould assembly section so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a cost effective service to CC operation.
