Responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of food orders from Restaurant to customers. Ensures high standards of customer service, food safety, and compliance with traffic and restaurant policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver food orders promptly and safely to customers using a motorbike
Ensure all orders are correct, complete, and well-packed before delivery
Handle food items carefully to maintain quality and hygiene standards
Collect payments (cash or electronic) when required and submit them accurately to the cashier
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently
Maintain polite, professional, and friendly communication with customers
Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Keep the motorbike clean and in good working condition
Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays immediately to management
Assist with basic restaurant or dispatch tasks when not on delivery
Maintain cleanliness and proper use of delivery bags and equipment
