Receiving enquiries from FA's, customers etc.
Contacting different insurance companies for the best possible quotes.
Negotiating with the insurance companies.
Follow up with the FA's till closing the business.
Issue policies.
Collecting premiums and following up on renewals.
Requesting Quotations as per requirement.
Handling Motor Policies of Corporate Clients.
Create monthly reports, loss ratio.
Handling Incoming calls from FA's, responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and correcting policy errors (if any).
Handling administrative tasks associated with the Motor Underwriting Department.
Coordination with insurance companies by providing the backup documents.
Attending to 'walk in' customers.
Business development and co-ordination between all parties.
Preparing data reports for management and general office duties.
Actively maintaining an issuance record to the accounts department.
Working with the motor team and maintain a quick and stable turnaround time.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
