- Follow up with clients after initial meetings or conversations
- Advise clients on how to minimize risk.
- Maintain regular contact with clients.
- Answer questions and make changes to existing policies.
- Organize and follow-up with internal servicing teams.
- Manage/secure renewals and establishing the relationship with customers.
- Following up on the collection of payment.
- Participating in sales meetings and appraisals.
