Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Motor Insurance Coordinator

to manage end-to-end processes related to vehicle insurance -- from generating quotes and issuing policies to handling renewals and coordinating claims. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with insurance providers, knowledge of UAE motor insurance regulations, and excellent client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate motor insurance quotes from various providers based on client needs Prepare and issue motor insurance policies for new and renewal cases Liaise with insurance companies, underwriters, and clients to ensure timely processing Handle endorsements, cancellations, additions, and modifications of motor policies Coordinate motor claims: assist with documentation, updates, and follow-ups Maintain client records, policy schedules, and ensure timely renewal reminders Respond to client inquiries and provide after-sales support regarding policy coverage Keep up-to-date with RTA requirements and UAE motor insurance regulations

Desired Profile:

Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in motor insurance coordination (brokerage or agency) Strong understanding of UAE vehicle insurance products, terms, and claim procedures Proficient in using insurance portals, RTA systems, and CRM tools Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple policies simultaneously Arabic language is a plus but not mandatory
