Job Description

Al Faal General Trading L.L.C. is seeking two (2) experienced Senior Salesmen and one (1) HORECA Sales Specialist with a strong background in FMCG and Tobacco (Food & Non-Food Items). The ideal candidates must have expertise in market expansion, business development, and sales operations within the UAE. Experience working with major retail chains such as Lulu, Carrefour, Union Coop, Nesto, Discount Centers, Groceries, Al Madina Market, Shaklan Market, and B & C markets is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.

Identify and establish new business opportunities across retail and HORECA sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and HORECA clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and product placements to optimize sales performance.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional customer service.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in FMCG sales (Food & Non-Food Items).

Strong knowledge of UAE retail markets and experience dealing with major supermarkets, discount centers, and grocery chains.

Experience in HORECA trading (for the HORECA Sales Specialist role).

UAE motorbike driving license and own motorbike (Company will provide fuel and allowances).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
