Roles and Responsibilities Support the Marketing & PR Head in creating a holistic and distinctive visual ID and to bring it to life across the touch points and external collaterals. Introduce insights on latest trends and technologies to strengthen the company\xe2\x80\x99s image and captivate consumers\xe2\x80\x99 attention. Create innovative graphic designs and layout in alignment with the breifing of department head following the objective of campaign and ROI aimed behind each initiative. Suggest artistic themes, layouts and campaign toolboxes including: Social media layouts in different formats, invitations, print ads, communication materials and website/online collaterals. Synchronize with the multifuctional team to translate visions and business objective visually Participate in brainstorming sessions conducted for new campaigns Keep updating the department head of new softwares, programs and techniques to nurture continuous innovative advancement of the company and digital superiority in the market place Test graphics across various media to ensure that these are visible as per the intended settings Agility to take on new tasks according to the need and direction of the department head Qualifications, experience and skills: Degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design or equivalent professional qualification Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of illustrations and graphics A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Salary: From QAR7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
