MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER/ MARKETING EXECUTIVE As a Motion Graphic Artist/ Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging animations, videos, and other multimedia content for various platforms. You will be part of marketing team to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality motion graphics that align with the company\'s branding and marketing objectives. You will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our real estate and agriculture business. Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and create motion graphics and visual effects for videos, presentations, advertisements, and other multimedia projects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop innovative ideas, storyboards, and visual concepts.
- Create and manipulate assets, including illustrations, images, videos, and audio, to produce high-quality motion graphics.
- Ensure that motion graphics are delivered on time and meet the specified project requirements and guidelines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics, animation techniques, and software tools.
- Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and documentation for easy accessibility and future reference.
- Optimize property listings to all platform ( Property Finder, Bay, Dubizzle & Website) to rank high
- Modify images and videos for use on property listing platforms, websites, and social media pages
- Manage company\'s social media channels
- You have a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
- You have prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
- You possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
- You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- You are organized and can prioritize effectively
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with the team
- Self driven & passionate
