Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate is not just a designer; they are a visual storyteller who can breathe life into ideas through motion. From concept to execution, we need someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for pushing creative boundaries, and the technical expertise to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Ideation:

• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and conceptualize visually stunning motion design concepts.
• Transform abstract ideas into visually compelling and dynamic animations.
• Motion Graphic Design:

• Create visually striking and innovative motion graphics for a variety of platforms, including digital advertising, social media, and video content.
• Ensure that all motion designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Expertise in Animation Software:

• Proficient in industry-standard motion design software such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and other relevant tools.
• Stay updated on the latest design and animation trends to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, video editors, and creative directors, to bring cohesive visions to life.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
• Take ownership of the entire motion design process, from concept development to final delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with an outstanding portfolio showcasing a range of motion design projects.
• In-depth knowledge of animation principles, typography, and design aesthetics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of current design trends and a commitment to pushing creative boundaries.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
• Have passion for gaming and sports.
• Must speak Hindi/Urdu with fluency in English language.
