We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying clients, and closing mortgage deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
Understand client financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products
Manage the end-to-end mortgage process in collaboration with banks and clients
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and bank policies
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in mortgage brokerage or a similar sales role in the financial sector
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
