Job Designation: Mortgage Data Processor Company: Oxford Capital Location: Dubai \xe2\x80\x93 UAE Job Brief: Shuraa is currently recruiting for a client who is looking for an efficient Mortgage Data Processor to join. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering data in database and maintaining accurate records. Their primary task includes data extraction and recording into the set software. The suitable candidate must be proficient in Microsoft with expertise in advance MS Excel and should poses strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job Responsibilities
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare sourced data and mortgage/loan documents for CRM entry.
- Review all data for errors and report any unusual findings.
- Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry.
- Work as per the privacy guidelines.
- Ensure proper updates of required software and train new employees as needed.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
- File and organize the paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience as mortgage loan processor, Data Analyst, or similar position.
- Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Past experience with mortgage and loan CRM system.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Well-organized and able to handle pressure.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
