We are seeking dynamic

Mortgage Sales Executives

(

Commission Based

) to drive our growing mortgage portfolio in Dubai. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals looking to excel in financial sales, with comprehensive training and support provided.-

Husband Visa Prefferred.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads

and acquire mortgage clients through direct sales, referrals, and partnerships with real estate agents/developers.

Guide clients

through mortgage application processes, including documentation, eligibility checks, and loan structuring.

Build relationships

with real estate professionals to identify new business opportunities.

Achieve sales targets

by promoting competitive mortgage products and offering tailored financial solutions.

Ensure compliance

with lending policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

Husband visa holders

(preferred for immediate availability).

Strong communication skills

in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Arabic) are a plus.

Sales-driven mindset

with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Basic understanding

of mortgages or financial products (training provided).

Willingness to learn

and adapt to market trends and regulatory changes.
