Job responsibilities:

Negotiating with banks or other financial institutions to modify mortgage terms or interest rates to help homeowners avoid foreclosure
Creating marketing plans to increase awareness of the company\xe2\x80\x99s services among homeowners who may be interested in buying or refinancing a home
Responsible for selling mortgages, business loans, sme to potential customers.
Maintaining relationships with current clients in order to secure new business opportunities
Monitoring market trends in real estate prices and interest rates in order to adjust strategies accordingly
Preparing contracts for new loans or modifying existing ones to conform to industry standards
