Mortgage Advisor Real Estate
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on mortgage solutions suited to their individual circumstances
Assess clients' financial background and eligibility for loan products
Liaise with banks and financial institutions to source the best mortgage offers
Manage the mortgage application process, from documentation to final approval
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and lending policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and clients
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Provide regular updates to clients and guide them through the entire mortgage journey
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar financial advisory role in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage market, lending procedures, and bank policies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze financial information and provide tailored solutions
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic financial tools
Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus
Relevant certifications or licenses (if applicable)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
