Mortgage Advisor

who can provide expert financial guidance and help our clients secure the best mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on the best mortgage products based on their needs and financial circumstances Liaise with banks and financial institutions to obtain competitive mortgage offers Pre-qualify clients and assist in collecting necessary documents for mortgage applications Stay updated with the latest mortgage regulations, bank policies, and interest rates in the UAE Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and financial institutions Manage end-to-end mortgage process from application to disbursal Provide after-sales support and ensure a smooth client experience

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Consultant in the UAE (minimum 2 years) Strong understanding of the UAE banking system and mortgage products Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple clients and work in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus
